British Radio 1 DJ was spotted shopping around London with her adorable little son Isaac (1) relaxing in the comforts of his Maclaren stroller. Sara recently announced on twitter the news of her second pregnancy with husband Ben Cyzer, "how terribly modern of me to say this on twitter! want to share with you just before I do it live on air: im pregnant & over the moon xxx".
